Dear Michelle,

Merry Christmas! It's so nice to be home and to be able to spend Christmas with you, Dad and Ellie this year. You always have a way of making Christmas feel so special, whether it's getting us up early to open presents, hanging snowflakes from the ceiling, or my personal favorite, putting up 6 (!) Christmas trees. Some of my fondest memories of my childhood involve spending Christmas with you and Dad, and staying up late working on suprises for Ellie to make sure she knew Santa had come.

It's great to see your recovery process going well, the last year or so couldn't have been exceptionally fun for you. I'm glad you've been able to take some time of work, and slowly get back into it (despite WSIB's nonsense); the exercises you've been doing are clearly having an impact!

Part of the recovery process likely involves a bit more downtime than usual, aka more time for art and reading. To support this, I picked you up a 6-month Stack Magazine subscription for Christmas. It's certainly a bit of an unconventional subscription; rather than monthly issues from the same publisher, they feature a new, independent publisher each month and send out one of their issues to Stack subscribers. I'm hopeful this provides lots of interesting reads, and a fun little suprise each month!

Merry Christmas!

Love,

Morgan
